Шаркова Къща Банско

The guest house is located quite near by the ski lift. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The room itself was cozy and comfortable. The bed was soft and the linens were clean and fresh. The bathroom was spotless! Nice place!

The location was ok, 15 min away from gondolas. The rooms were clean, not very warm. We used all 3 blankets at night to sleep well. The shower does not exist as you may know it, take a close look at the photos before booking. The actual issue is that the hosts do not speak English and we couldn’t really understand each other. There were some house rules but not the whole group was informed about it and we were asked to pay 100 leva more at the end of our staying, but in a terrible way. The host informed us very late about it and when we said that we do not have any leva in cash to pay and we said that we can transfer but then he shut the doors and did not let us go out! I do not recommend it at all. They should learn how to behave with the customers first and not act so rude!

Vă recomand! Casa are o locație excelentă - aproape de teleschi și aproape de centrul orașului. Foarte curat, bine încălzit, WiFi gratuit și gazde amabile. Ne-am petrecut foarte bine acolo și vom vizita din nou!

Mâncare și vin fantastice la un preț mic. Servirea a fost prietenoasă și ni s-au oferit mâncăruri suplimentare gratuit. Una dintre cele mai bune experiențe ale noastre în Bulgaria.

Bună ziua, casa era curată și în stare bună per total, DAR unele dintre fotografii sunt înșelătoare. Nu am fost mulțumiți de modul în care s-a comportat gazda. Există o parte a casei care este o cameră comună separată, existau fotografii cu ea la rezervare, dar s-a dovedit că proprietarul chiar doarme acolo și nu am putut să o folosim. La sosire, a început să ne explice despre reguli, amenzi și amenințări. A cerut taxe suplimentare, un depozit în numerar și plata pentru parcare. Este evident că a avut experiențe neplăcute cu alți oaspeți, dar nu este normal să ne privească ca pe niște hoți și să numească străinii oameni fără maniere și obiceiuri.
