Caldera Butterfly Villas

The room was very disappointing. A tiny TV stuck in the corner that made no sense, no sofa or seating in the main area, and the bathroom only had two shower gels with no other amenities provided. Upstairs, the bed had an unpleasant smell and there were no bedside lamps at all. It honestly felt like just a place to sleep, with the only positive being the beautiful view. The reception lady, Liana, was amazing—she’s the only highlight of our stay. I’m not sure if she’s the owner or just staff, but she was lovely. Unfortunately, the rooms need a lot of improvement for the high price being charged. The location is also quite far from Fira, so it only makes sense if you plan to rent a car. Breakfast was included but very poor quality. Honestly, you’d have a better experience camping in a tent

Septembrie 2025 Totul se rezumă la priveliștea UIMITOARE!!! La 35 m de centrul orașului Recepția este deschisă doar pentru check-in și check-out. Nu există nimeni pe care să-l întrebi dacă vrei informații despre insulă. Bineînțeles, poți să-i trimiți un mesaj pe WhatsApp încântătoarei Lene, a fost foarte drăguță. Camera este simplă, dar frumoasă. Micul dejun este foarte simplu. Pâine prăjită, ou, legume, cafea și suc... câte ceva pentru a-ți începe ziua.

Singurul lucru pozitiv la acest hotel este priveliștea și camerele spațioase. În rest, totul a fost un coșmar absolut. Partenera mea tocmai fusese operată pe cord și am întrebat recepționerul dacă cineva ne poate ajuta cu valiza grea. S-a uitat la noi și a spus că nu avea nimeni să ne ajute până la ora 18:00 - șase ore mai târziu. Putea vedea clar situația și totuși nici măcar nu s-a obosit să iasă afară să ne dea o mână de ajutor timp de zece secunde. Micul dejun a fost la fel de prost. Cerusem opțiuni fără cofeină din cauza problemelor cardiace, dar ni s-a servit cafea obișnuită. Când i-am reamintit de cerere, ne-a spus: „Nu avem decofeinizată - este doar cafea slabă”. Complet inacceptabil și neprofesionist. Mâncarea a fost, de asemenea, oribilă: pâine abia prăjită, o chiflă ieftină ambalată, o ruladă de cârnați dintr-un pachet și niște fructe. Nu am putut mânca nimic din ele. Serviciul de curățenie a fost groaznic. Femeia de serviciu a lăsat cești murdare, pete pe masă și un miros dezgustător de mop în toată camera. Chiar și aparatul de aer condiționat mirosea a mucegai. A trebuit să sunăm din nou la recepție doar pentru a curăța camera cum trebuie. Ca și cum lucrurile nu erau deja destul de rele, de fiecare dată când încercam să mergem la recepție mai târziu, era închisă — doar un bilet scris de mână pe care scria „revin în 15 minute” și un număr de WhatsApp la care să trimitem mesaje. Părea un hotel fantomă, complet neprofesionist și neglijat. Locația și priveliștea pot fi minunate, dar aici se termină aspectele pozitive. Lipsa ospitalității, a curățeniei și a serviciilor de bază a fost șocantă. Cu siguranță nu merită banii sau frustrarea că nu ne vom mai întoarce niciodată.

Esta reserva foi feita no Booking, foi pedido cancelamento antecipado ( eu já tinha pago o hotel ) devido a ter desistido da viagem por causa da Guerra Israel -Gaza. Salientei que tinha estado a ter ataques de pânico. O hotel não foi sensível a este facto. Eu acabei por até ir para o hospital onde fiz electrocardiograma . Indiquei ao hotel outra forma de poder reter o valor desta estadia ,indo mais tarde . Disseram que não tinham datas em 2024. Por serem incompreensivos e intolerantes à saúde dos outros e oportunistas quanto a dinheiro eu não indico este lugar a ninguém . Era tão mais fácil terem retornado o valor e eu ter voltado mais tarde a este lugar e ter partilhado com os meus amigos. Con a saúde e razoed de guerra sejam elas quais forem não deveria de haver oportunismo . Não fiquem neste hotel !

The view is lovely, but there are 5 other hotels, albeit more pricey to get the same view, if you want more service. The room is never cleaned properly, the beds are uncomfortable, the wifi is spotty. There is no service, so if you need anything after 8:00pm you are on your own, because the family that run the Villa hotel leave the office, they help the old woman who is the manager/owner. In fact, we would watch staff clean the other pools before sunrise, but the one Cleaning woman would come in at 8:00 am (we would see her run into the little pool house with her bag) and do a fast cleaning of the chair pads before cleaning the rooms. It actually seemed sad, and had we known we wouldn’t have stayed here. We felt we are at the reject hotel. It was less expensive than the others but expensive for what you get. Breakfast isn’t included here. We’ve never seen anyone clean the pool, so after the second day we didn’t want to go in. You must bring your own towels, but then you don’t have any clean ones for the shower in the morning. There is no bar or ambience at the pool. The coffee pot was dirty, the sheets weren’t changed. . The old woman is very rude, pretends to not understand because she doesn’t seem to care and said we were too demanding. We wouldn’t recommend this property.
