Camerele arătau mai bine online decât în realitate. După ce am inspectat patul, a fost imediat evident că salteaua avusese zile mai bune; a o lăsa acolo într-o astfel de stare este practic o agresiune. Personalul de la recepție a fost foarte amabil în încercarea de a găsi o soluție. Cea mai bună soluție ar fi să nu rezervați deloc sau să schimbați hotelul.
I'm for the first time to Athen and this hotel. This hotel Nafsika is for a 2-star-hotel quite comfortabel, soothing and cozy with very good service of janitor and charwomen. The only bad thing maybe can be that the neighbourhood can be very loud, when there are sometimes dukes making terror in the middle of the night, what you can easily report. This hotel lies even in the center and from here you can easily reach different kind of shops and cafés. Thumbs up and many thanks to the crew of this hotel.
Serviciu excelent, în special din partea fetei cu păr negru, pe care cred că o chema Katerina. Mereu zâmbitoare, ne-a servit cu orice ne-am dorit. Ne-a dat cele mai corecte instrucțiuni despre unde să mâncăm și să ne distrăm. Datorită ei, am vrut să stăm mai mult la hotel. Singurul lucru care m-a răsfățat a fost șefa hotelului care a țipat la cealaltă fată de la recepție dacă are sau nu de lucru, un comportament inacceptabil și mai ales când se întâmplă această scenă în fața clienților. În ceea ce privește curățenia, prosoapele lipseau din camera noastră pentru că cameristele au uitat să le pună…
We stayed here for 2 nights with 7 people in 2 separate rooms. The price was great. We came to the hotel pretty early and they let us leave our bags here until the check-in, which was very helpful! They also let us leave them at the hotel after the check-out, so we can pick them up later. And overall the host was extremely nice and helpful, she gave us great advice on where to go and how. The location is great too, most tourist attractions are within walk distance and there is a metro station 2 minutes away too. There is Wi-Fi, AC and small fridges in the rooms and we were provided with all necessary toiletries.
Hotel foarte curat, în centru, cu servicii impecabile, aproape de mijloacele de transport și un preț bun la cameră!!!!!
