Porto Sea View Apartments

Nu este un apartament, ci o cameră foarte mică în care sunt îngrămădite patul, „livingul” chicineta si acea cada care iti ia ochii.Descrierea este înșelătoare: nu există dormitor separat sau living, totul este într-o singură încăpere. Noi am venit cu doi copii mici și efectiv nu am avut loc. Las pozele pentru ca și alți oameni să vadă realitatea înainte să rezerve. Nu mai zic de faptul ca patul era rupt,abia am putut dormi,am cerut pat mic de copil si am fost refuzati. NU EXISTA PARCARE! Desi pe booking scrie ca au loc de parcare.Te pune sa duci masina departe de aici si contra cost.Nu isi merita acesti bani. NU REZERVATI AICI!!!!!!!e o pacaleala

Un apartament mare, spațios, foarte curat, foarte bine utilat. Am sa revin cu drag în aceasta locație.

Am stat o noapte la Porto City View Apartments și experiența noastră a fost în general foarte pozitivă. Camera a fost foarte frumoasă, îngrijită și plăcută din punct de vedere estetic. Mi-a plăcut foarte mult detaliul bombei de baie pentru jacuzzi - un lucru mic, dar arată grijă și ospitalitate. Singurul punct negativ a fost umiditatea din cameră, deoarece am pornit jacuzzi-ul cu apă caldă și umiditatea a rămas toată noaptea. Exista un dezumidificator, dar din păcate nu părea să funcționeze foarte eficient. De asemenea, ar fi foarte util să existe un loc în baie pentru a agăța prosoapele. Cu toate acestea, experiența generală a fost foarte bună și am fost mulțumit de șederea mea. Este o cazare frumoasă și aș recomanda-o cu siguranță.

Our stay at Port Sea View Apartments in Thessaloniki was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. The customer service was shockingly poor, easily the worst we have ever received anywhere. The room itself was nothing like what we expected. It was incredibly noisy, to the point where getting any rest felt impossible. The windows are absolutely not noise-proof in any way. We could hear every car, every shout from the street below, and, unbelievably, every noise the maids made right outside our door. To make things worse, the next morning we were greeted by wild drilling noises starting at 8:30 AM, which made the stay unbearable. We paid a considerable amount of money specifically for the jacuzzi, thinking it would make our stay special, but the overall experience completely ruined it. Instead of relaxing, we spent most of our time recording videos of the issues and sending them to the hosts, trying to get even a basic response. The hosts were barely communicative, replying rarely (if at all), offering no apology, no assistance, and absolutely no solution. It felt like they simply didn’t care about our experience or the fact that our stay was being ruined. Overall, we ended up having the most uncomfortable vacation ever, and we left feeling extremely unhappy, disappointed, and frustrated with both the atmosphere and the utter lack of service. We would absolutely not recommend staying here.
